Over the years, Carole has been a Flexible Learning Manager (FLM 2001-2003), Flexible Learning Leader (FLL 2002), TAFE frontiers Elearning Senior Project officer (2003-2005) and Instructional Designer for e-Learning practices and materials for the last ten years. This work has been conducted in several of the Victorian Institute of TAFE’s both face-to-face and virtually. Carole conducts face-to-face digital storytelling, eportfolio, personal learning space and network building workshops. Carole also provides PD on ‘implementing elearning creatively online' using Moodle and Elluminate Live. She regularly provides training, moderation and facilitation services for groups wanting to use web conferencing platforms such as Elluminate Live and Live Classroom.
